Administration has been filed in the Leon

County Probate Court and you are

required to serve a copy of your written

defenses, if any, on Scott Manion, Esq. the

Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is

2119 Delta Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32303, on

or before the date that is 30 days from

the date of first publication of this notice,

and file the original with the clerk of this

court either before service on the

Petitioner’s attorney or immediately

thereafter. Failure to serve and file written

defenses as required may result in a

judgment or order for the relief

demanded, without further notice. Copies

of all court documents in this case,

including orders, are available at the Clerk

of the Court’s office. You may review these
